We’ve been working minimal hours this past week, which is typical for us at this time of year.

However, we are experiencing a delay on our support desk. We currently have 21 tickets in the queue with 8 waiting for a first reply.

My apologies for anyone waiting for assistance. I am working on adding more technical resources to reduce the load on our support tickets pending and ensure we have sufficient capacity to respond all our tickets within a few hours.
